City Connect is a regional transportation and travel service connecting major cities across Tennessee and select neighboring states. We offer shuttle routes, day trips, overnight get-aways, and weekend travel experiences—all designed to be affordable, convenient, and stress-free.

Pick-up and drop-off locations are centralized, safe, and easy-to-access points such as transit centers, park-and-ride locations, and designated partner locations. Exact locations are provided during booking and in your confirmation email.

Trips can be booked online at CityConnectTN.com. Simply select your service, city, travel date, number of passengers, and any optional add-ons.

Yes. Advance booking is required to guarantee your seat. Same-day bookings may be available if space allows, but early booking is strongly recommended.

Yes. Some trips require a minimum number of passengers to operate. If a trip does not meet the minimum, you will be notified and offered a reschedule or refund.

Absolutely. City Connect offers group bookings for churches, organizations, families, and special events. Group discounts may apply.

Our shuttle service provides scheduled transportation between cities with optional on-demand stops along the route. It’s ideal for commuters, travelers, and event-goers.

A Same Day Get-Away allows you to leave early in the morning, spend the entire day exploring a city, and return that same evening—no hotel stay required.

This is an overnight experience. You leave one day, stay overnight, and return the next day. The price includes transportation, hotel accommodations, and selected activities.

Weekend Trips typically run Friday morning through Sunday evening and include:

• Round-trip transportation

• Hotel accommodations

• Group dining options

• Tours and activities

• Partner discounts at restaurants and points of interest

Many of our Day Get-Away and Weekend Trip packages are all-inclusive. Shuttle pricing covers transportation only. Each service clearly lists what is included before booking.

Cancellation policies vary by service. In general:

• Shuttle trips may allow refunds or credits if canceled within the specified time window.

Absolutely. Our vehicles are clean, climate-controlled, and professionally operated to ensure a comfortable and safe ride.

Passengers should arrive 15–30 minutes prior to departure to allow for check-in and boarding.

Yes. Luggage allowances vary by trip type:

• Overnight and weekend trips: Standard suitcase allowed
